If you have a valid defence we will do all that we can, within the law, to fight your case. We are not in the business of taking on cases just for the fees. If we don’t think you need a lawyer we’ll help you on your way with a little more advice so that you can deal with matters yourself. If we don’t think you have a defence then we will tell you. If that is the case we will concentrate on damage limitation to keep you on the road. There is almost always something that can be done to reduce the penalties. If you do decide to instruct us we will quote you a fixed fee which is guaranteed.
